This Chicago new build was designed for a young family who had outgrown their condo. In the final stages of construction, we were brought on to space plan and furnish selected areas of the home. With high-end finishes and designer lighting as a backdrop, we created a luxurious, modern space for this client that still felt comfortable and livable for their family.
